This 2015 article by Dr Henry Kha, Lecturer in Law at Macquarie University, makes for interesting reading.  It highlights just how far the collaborative process has come in the last 5 years and how far we have come as a community.  Notably, many of the “problems with Collaborative Law” identified by Dr Kha in the article have been and are continuing to be addressed by the Collaborative Community.
