Nadine Edwards is a Perth-based Collaborative Lawyer, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Owner of Edwards Lockhart Law.

Nadine is passionate about helping people reach resolutions to family disputes over inheritance so that important relationships are preserved and solutions are found to preserve the Estate “nest egg”.

After over 25 years practising in the dispute resolution space both nationally and internationally, Nadine is all too familiar with the devastation “Estate Wars” have on families.  Nadine now specialises in helping families find out of Court solutions to their unique Estate disputes, encouraging them to work together to find that “win-win” outcome that serves all interests and needs.

Nadine’s practice focuses on resolving contested estate disputes, Collaborative Practice, Mediation and simplified estate administration.  The practice is established to support families navigating a conflict over inheritance post death with proven tactics that have been honed over time.

Nadine draws on her experience from the largest international law firms through to the smallest boutique Perth based firms as well as her background resolving conflict in non-traditional remote family settings.

Nadine is a member of STEP (a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures) with a well-established network of Perth specialists trained in the collaborative practice model.
