Thea Davies

Thea Davies is a Principal in our Family Law team and is based in the Brisbane office. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with the Queensland Law Society.

Thea provides advice in all areas of family law, including:

• Divorce;
• Property settlements;
• Parenting matters;
• Child support;
• Domestic violence.

Thea is an experienced advocate. She has a particular interest in advising clients dealing with complex financial issues and parenting issues.

Thea has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (International Business). She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association, a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland. Doyle’s Guide has recognised Thea as a Recommended Family and Divorce Lawyer and a Recommended Family Lawyer for parenting and children’s matters. She has also been recognised in Best Lawyers for Family Law since 2020.
