I have been a mediator since 1991. As a lawyer with over 40 years' experience, I mediate in a broad range of areas. My stye is facilitative. I seek to work collaboratively with specialist practitioners in wills and estates (both during pre-death planning and in estates disputes), family business (including agri-business) succession planning and in family property disputes.

I encourage parties in commercial disputes to work collaboratively with me and their professional advisers to solve the problem efficiently and pragmatically.

I contribute to the ADR profession by participating as a longstanding member of the Law Council of Australia's ADR Committee and presenting seminars and papers.
