Nicole has worked exclusively in Family law since her admission as a lawyer in February 2000.  She is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law, a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer and a Collaborative Practice Lawyer.

She is passionate about parenting matters and financial matters.  Nicole completed her Collaborative practice training in February 2018 and is a member of the AACP, CCP NSW and the Southern Sydney Collaborative Professionals Inc.

Nicole understands the dynamics of Family Law matters, and the importance of resolving matters in a timely manner so as to avoid the impact of conflict on the parties’ current and future relationships.  Nicole has experience in all aspects of Family Law matters including divorce, financial disputes, parenting cases, spousal maintenance, child-support matters, de facto relationships, complex financial and valuation matters, superannuation issues and the preparation of Pre-Nuptial Agreements and other Financial Agreements.
