Since being in practice from 1990 I have looked after small to medium businesses , individuals and families with commercial law , family law wills and estates and dispute management/ resolution.

My passion is helping clients prevent , minimise, and resolve issues.

I have always taken a holistic approach to client care - factoring in financial, emotional , time and relationship costs of ongoing dispute. I was among the first small group of lawyers in SA to introduce collaborative practice into SA.

Where possible we always encourage a non court focused, respectful and practical approach to legal disputes with a focus on resolving matters practically, sensibly and with long term goals and interests of all parties to the dispute being accommodated for as much as possible. This approach is particularly helpful in matters involving ongoing future relationships between those in dispute such as family disputes, estate disputes, commercial relationships etc.

My approach is one of concern, respect and genuine commitment to assisting clients work through often difficult stages in their lives in a positive manner.
