In my daily practice as a collaborative lawyer, I help couples who aspire to separate with kindness and care for their children, their health and their wealth. I have found the best way to do that is to collaborate with psychologists, counsellors, financial planners, child psychologists and divorce coaches. Since 2009, working in supportive teams is what we have been doing at MELCA, where we have helped many hundreds of people make it to the other side of their separation in a far better place then when we first met them.
