Judith came to the profession following a career in retail and was admitted to practice in 1998. After 9 years of practice in the family law jurisdiction and working as the Head of the Family Law unit in a large CBD firm, in her quest to find solutions for her clients that did not involve litigation, Judith was one of the first family lawyers in SA to train in Collaborative Practice. Not long afterwards she determined to run a practice with Dispute Resolution at its core and she commenced sole practice focussing her client's on the benefits to their family of finding solutions that kept respectful relationships that worked for their children as they transitioned into two homes or where an inheritance claim could be resolved and leave family relationships intact.

Judith seeks to promote her client's overall wellbeing as she works with other likeminded professionals to support her clients through what feels like an overwhelming life event so they are ready to face their future positively and with confidence.

Judith is also a NMAS Accredited Mediator and Parenting Co-ordinator.
