Cat Wallace is Co-Founder and Director of WALLACEWEIR, a Family and Commercial Law firm located on the Gold Coast.

Since graduating from Bond University with honours in 2005, Cat has worked as a Solicitor and a Barrister in Queensland across all areas of law - except criminal! Her specialities include commercial and family law. As a senior litigator, Cat has a reputation for providing clear and highly relevant advice to her clients and in her submissions to the Court. Having mentored many lawyers and law students in her time, Cat is highly respected in her areas of expertise and for her direct communication with others.

Cat is down-to-earth and values transparency. Her intention is to empower clients to make an informed decision about their matter before they become caught up in legal proceedings. Her detailed and consistent approach is to listen to clients on the legal issues they face, examine the facts, make discerning analysis, and provide consideration for constructive and realistic outcomes aligned to each client’s personal or commercial interests.
