Olivia is an Accredited Specialist (Family Law) and has practised exclusively in Family Law since her admission as a solicitor over ten years ago. In the Doyle’s Guide 2019 Olivia is recognised in the ‘Family Law Rising Stars’ and ‘Leading Parenting & Children’s Matters Lawyers’ within New South Wales.

Olivia has acted in cases which have set legal precedent in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia and has been successful in matters before the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia on appeal.

Graduating with Honours in Law along with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology, Olivia is able to serve her clients with patience, empathy and understanding. Olivia also has a Master of Laws majoring in Family Law, is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law and a Collaborative lawyer.

With experience in all facets of Family Law, Olivia is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, either through negotiation, collaboration, mediation or, if necessary, litigation.
