Bronwyn O'Loan has practised in Family Law since her admission. Her experience and skills in negotiation mean that Bronwyn is adept in offering clients an alternative pathway to Court, to obtain the best results.

Prior to studying law, Bronwyn worked as a primary school educator and also worked in the corporate sector, giving her a unique and valuable background to guide clients in their family law matter.

Bronwyn graduated from the University of Sydney with a Diploma of Law (LPAB) and also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.  In 2018, Bronwyn completed a Masters in Family Law at the College of Law and is a Graduate Fellow of the College. Bronwyn is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and holds membership with the Law Society, the Family Law Section and the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.

Bronwyn aims to achieve timely, practical and positive settlements by consent and as such, motivated to work with clients within the collaborative process with a focus on resolving disputes without intervention of the Court. Bronwyn's experience with contested parenting and property matters in the Family and Federal Circuit Courts have highlighted that litigation is not always appropriate or the 'best way' and that often, the interests of clients are best served by a negotiated resolution without the need for lengthy litigation.
