Special General Meeting of Members of AACP

The Special Meeting of Members has been called to address important proposed amendments to AACP's Constitution. These changes, include adopting less onerous quorum requirements, direct voting options to enable voting prior to the AGM and the expansion of the Board numbers from 10 to 12 members.   The amendments proposed are designed to enhance governance and better serve our members.

A Notice of the Special General Meeting of Members was circulated to all current financial members of AACP on 16 September 2024.
